Talk to usOur founder started as a programmer and manager of new technologies at Chillicothe Telephone, a Horizon Telcom company. He built out the bright.net dial-up service across 18 southern Ohio counties, implemented southern Ohio's first DSL network and was a VoIP pioneer with 3Com in the early 2000s. At Horizon PCS, the Sprint PCS affiliate, he helped build the network from bidding on the licenses to launching service in several markets, then helped launch the first data services on its 3G network. Every LEI product is built on that experience.
